James S. Ashcraft, President and Principal Advisor, is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with over 35 years hands-on experience advising a wide range of companies in matters affecting the human-side of business.

Jim has served in various capacities in Human Resources from the entrepreneur to international conglomerates.  His thirty-five year career has taken him from a Labor Relations Representative with a major auto company to the Senior Vice President Administration for a power company, with plant, division, and corporate managerial and officer assignments along the way.  Most recently, Jim served as the principal consultant for a professional employer organization where he directed Human Resources efforts in fourteen northern states covering 6000 employees with 200 client companies.

Jim is certified SPHR, Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resources Management, and a member of their Consultant's Forum.  He is a member of ASTD, ISPI, and holds a B.A. degree from the University of Indianapolis and an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati.

An accomplished trainer, Jim has conducted training in supervisory, managerial, and compliance in a variety of venues from the classroom to seminars.  He has developed a number of specialized programs for clients and employers.
