HR Audit: a survey of current HR practices.  We will survey your practices and provide you with a S-W-O-T analysis of our findings. S trengths- W eaknesses- O pportunities- T hreats.

Employee Handbook: recent rulings have protected handbook disclaimers against contract or guaranteed employment and employment-at-will doctrine providing the handbook language is sufficient to meet the test of the court.  Our handbooks are customized to meet the test of the court as well as establishing your policy and procedure in clear and concise language.

Wage/Hour Review: we will conduct an examination of your payroll register against job descriptions and duties to analyze pay practices.  We review the exempt/nonexempt status of employees as well as reviewing overtime pay practices.

Independent Contractors: we will conduct an audit of individuals you pay on a contractor basis to ascertain the compliance with federal and state law governing independent contractors and will provide you with an analysis of your practice.

DOT Audit: many companies who have interstate delivery of product and have drivers may qualify for overtime exemption if they meet the criteria established by the Department of Transportation.  We will conduct an audit of your system to determine if the DOT exemption is available.

e-Learning: we have an arrangement whereby we can establish on-line training for your employees, manager, and supervisors.  Programs available cover a variety of subjects from general management to compliance issues.

Compensation/Wage-Hour Programs & Surveys:   HR-only can provide you with a fresh compensation program or survey your industry and hiring area for current wage levels.

Job Descriptions/Evaluations/Performance Appraisal: we can design a program specifically for your needs: describing job, evaluation pay grades or establishing a new appraisal system suited to your company's specific need.

Drug-free Workplace: while required in some industry, if you would like to initiate a drug-free workplace program, we can get you set up and running.

Training: employment law suggest that every employee have discrimination/harassment awareness training every year.  It's a great idea and proves to be a defense when and if you are charged.  We provide that annualized training along with a wide-variety of supervisory and managerial development programs.  HR-only conducts in-house and seminar based training around central Florida.  If you have specific training needs, complete the Information Request Form and let us know your needs.  If we do not have a program available, we can direct you to another source for your training needs.
