Capabilities HR-only provides our client companies with unlimited telephone advise on the day-to-day problems associated with employees and the law. To make sure each employer is in compliance with the law we perform a survey, or audit, of current HR practices and from that survey we will provide each company and its employees with an Employee Handbook tailor made to fits the policies and procedures of the company. In addition, we perform on-site engagements as required advising on interview, termination, downsizing, and job description and/or job evaluations. Up to 10 service engagements per year for small employers. Unlimited Telephone Consultations Around the clock help when needed. Service covers compliance issues, employment or labor law including child labor, overtime, and other wage/hour issues. We advise on immigration, hiring, firing, independent contractors, DOT exemptions, leaves, drugs and violence in the workplace, performance, discipline and discharge. In general, anything affecting the human-side of your business. Handbooks HR-only provides all clients, large or small with employee Handbooks that are customized to the client's needs, policy and procedures. At the same time we make sure the language is compatible with recent court rulings and the law. Training The EEOC strongly suggests that every employee receive training annually on discrimination and harassment avoidance. HR-only makes this training a part of our agreement, maintaining logs of who, when and where each employee received their training. |
